Surrounded by a rambling mix of deciduous and native gardens, our restored and reimagined 1920s schoolhouse invites you into a world of timeless rural romance and magical elegance.

Indulge in your own fireside bath, experience deep sleep in our luxury king bed, play a vinyl melody, Netflix and chill, delight under a rain shower or take advantage of the separate kitchen for culinary wonders.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar, big sink, fridge, single induction cook top, air fryer, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, pots and pans, plates and cutlery, utensils, coffee machine and coffee plunger.

We provide complimentary coffee, tea, bread, our own farm fresh eggs, milk (soy & cow), honey, jam, muesli, oats, cookies, lollies and loads of other complimentary goodies.

Explore the quaint charm of local villages Mirboo North and Leongatha, only 15 minutes away, where local culture, cafes and hospitality beckon.
