"While I love staying at this hotel, I did find a used tissue near my bed on the first night of my stay. But other than that, I feel like this is definitely a hotel I'll stay at when I visit Yokohama next time. Wonderful staff, super convenient location and I love the bed light that helps me fall asleep after an exhausting day. "

"I have no claims during my stay but the only one thing that I may be able to say is that the remote control system of TV did not work as usual, which means too slow when transferring an order such as an alphabet for searching the title on Youtube, changing from TV to others on home menu. "We stayed here one night before a cruise. Excellent choice! They gave us a free upgrade on a higher floor. The room was large and nicely furnished. The shower was huge with great water pressure. Nice amenities. Breakfast had dozens of choices and everything was delicious. Staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. "

"This was (IIRC) our 3rd stay at The Knot, and it won't be the last. Check-in was quick and easy, the beds were comfy, and the restaurant, Smoke Door, had great food and service. A short walk from Yokohama Station, with lots of food and shopping nearby. A real gem for us."
