「I had an excellent stay at this property. Communication with Jennifer was great and she was extremely attentive in making our stay comfortable. The apartment was extremely clean when we arrive. Kudos to the person who prepared it. There are 24 hours security so we felt safe. The amenities was perfect, and everything was in good condition. Even thought the location is a little distance from downtown Georgetown, I believe it was worth it. Would definitely stay here again.」

「I liked that the area was centrally located and safe. There was not much to shop around there and anything you wanted you had to go out to get. It is close to public transportation」

「Great accommodations in safe, secure, gated community. Able to do safe outdoor evening walks within in the quiet neighbourhood to exercise. Condo well kept, comfortable and meets North American Executive Condo standards. Satisfied with this property. Stayed multiple times while on business in last two years, and will stay again if opportunity arise. 」

「J’s Cozy Studio, located in a gated community with beautiful homes and green spaces is perfect for the vacationer seeking serenity, comfort and security. All amenities are as advertised. Host Nicola provided a master class in hosting. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Imagine a welcome platter of snacks after traveling 5 plus hours. I have no hesitation in recommending this property. Five stars!」
