"Mellday Hotel is conveniently located near the train station and bus terminal, making it easily accessible. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, though not all of them speak English fluently, so communication may require the use of translation apps. Overall, the hotel is clean and provides free coffee and tea in the lobby. The room was tidy and well-equipped with everything I needed. "

"We didn't like anything about this hotel! It was dirty and smelt old and dirty. Our AC didn't even work properly and when we told the person at reception his comment was “you should of told us earlier” and was so rude to my husband. We stayed one night and will never stay again and recommend to others NOT to stay as well!! "

"Toilet needs upgrading. Need safety and emergency lights at room corridor. It's pitch black and activated only by movement which shut off in 3 or 4 seconds. No heater for water. No glasses provided in room"

"Well located. Close to train, bus station and city centre. Breakfast was OK Bathroom shower was a bit moldy and needed cleaning it could use more hooks to hang up clothing. Laundry facilities were unavailable at the time. "

"In a village like area. you can hear the cocorico in the morning, and enjoy a hot coffee watching the sunrise, and then the breakfast. people are friendly. The room is very basic."

"It was just amazing!!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!! The room extremely clean !! Stuff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was included with hotel room… they arranged for us a great tour to Pamukkale and historical areas! I will give them a 10!!!!"

"We are a senior couple from US, and were traveling by car in Turkey. Hierapark Thermal & Spa was a very nice hotel, very comfortable and friendly staff. We enjoyed the outdoor thermal pool; very warm. Meals and bar were nice, also. "

"Biz çok memnun kaldık karşılama ve ilgi çok güzel di odamız temiz rahat ve sıcaktı kahvaltı çok çeşitli bol oldukça taze idi servis çok hızlı yapılıyor hiç beklenmedik bundan sonra imkân bulunca sürekli geleceğimiz bir yer.KARAMEL otelin köpeği çok tatlı onu çok sevdik Osman Bey ve tüm personele çok teşekkürler.Bu arada sabahtan aksama kadar çay ve kahve servisi ücretsiz olarak sunuluyor.Kaplıca hamam tertemiz sıcacık SPA çok güzel.Otel çarşı içinde çarşısı çok ucuz akşam yemeğini çarşıda yedik pide gözleme döner kebap sbulu yemek herşey var fiyatları çok uygun biz çok mutlu ayrıldık teşekkürler mucize otel "

"The Colossae was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. It is very close to Hierapolis/Pamukkale, which is a must see. The hot springs on the property are excellent, very natural, and how they've been set up for use is well done. However, they are very hot! We were lucky to visit during winter time, which meant temps in the 50s and 60s which made the outdoor hot springs more tolerable to enjoy. In the summertime, I don't think these could be enjoyed at all. The hotel also had other things to do, such as a game center, and a large property to walk around. It's a pet friendly hotel, so this worked out well for us to be able to travel with our dog. The indoor pool and saunas were also nice. We also tried a massage at the spa and it was excellent. Staff was also very good, helpful and friendly."
