With a lagoon on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other, Sea Oats D204 offers guests the best of both worlds! You'll have direct beach access, with the shimmering gulf right across the street. Spend an afternoon splashing around in the surf then take the private boardwalk back to spritz away the sand with the outdoor shower. On the other side, the lagoon offers two very large fishing piers and 50 boat slips, and the waters are great for kayakers and fishermen. D204 comes with an updated and fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, the perfect place to assemble a quick breakfast for the kids and elegant dinners for your guests. Two full bathrooms help everybody get ready to get out the door and the private washer and dryer will ensure everyone looks their best during your stay.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
