Check out this beautiful 1 bedroom hotel-style condo. There are so many custom pieces in this condotel it is fabulous! It is newly renovated and right on the gorgeous Fort Morgan Marina. Now, unlike your usual condo, this does not come with a washer and dryer. It also does not have a full kitchen, there is a full size refrigerator and a microwave. There is a smart tv with an antenna in the living room and in the bedroom. While there isn't a coffee maker in the condo, there is complimentary coffee available in the Dockstore, right next-door, from 6 am to 12 pm DAILY! The balcony to this condo is semi-private, it is along the walkway to the different condos, and has a gorgeous bay view. Sitting here you can see the boats arrive and depart from the Fort Morgan Marina and dolphin watch! This is the perfect condo for a sunset view as nothing blocks the fabulous light show that the sun provides at sunset. The condo is directly next to Tacky Jacks 2 which is a yummy choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner! There is also an after hours bar right downstairs that has karaoke most nights! This condo has two queen beds. Don't forget if you want to bring a boat you can rent a place to dock it at the Fort Morgan Marina which is right by you! This condo does have a shared parking lot with the Fort Morgan Marina and Tacky Jacks 2. The marina store also offers boat slips for $2 per foot which comes with trailer parking.
