「I used to live in New Hampshire and have been back several times with my spouse. We typically camp in the area. This was the first trip with my step-children. I chose this cabin because of the location and the views and it did not disappoint. Our kids are not nature lovers however they hung out on the porch with us every morning and evening. They now understand my love of the White Mountains. I also saw a momma moose and her baby walking up the driveway! Such a great spot for a NH getaway.」

「The place was great; clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient location to things we were doing. Just a couple of things to note as an FYI for the owners. Toilet tank leaked occasionally, I put a bucket under it, to capture the water. The kitchen sink, spray hose would not shut off. Also, a critter, probably a red squid, was in the upper left bedroom cubby. We had a great week and hope to return soon. Thank you Ken」

「The property location is perfect on Lake Francis despite the poor weather we persevered. Our travels included fishing Lake Francis out of the State Park, Back Lake, and Third Conn. Lake. Home is well connected with internet and wi-fi and was a real pleasure to stay at! I would return in the future.」

「The property has a couple of maintenance issues that the owner could not avoid. A couple of other issues were brought to Bens attention and were corrected by the following day. The location is very quiet and well suited for 18 adults that enjoy motorcycle riding. Roads were a 8/10 and any supplies needed were within a 15 minute drive. I would recommend this place to future travellers.」

「This was the perfect location to base my week of enjoying, viewing, and photographing nature! I had a minor issue with the heat not working when I first arrived, but it was quickly resolved by the caretakers who also gave me some wonderful tips on where to find wildlife. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes and pans, the hot water was plentiful and beds very comfortable. Everything was clean and the provided kayaks were well kept and fun to use! I hope to return for another stay!...

「We chose to stay here instead of a local hotel (none of them looked that great) before a wedding. No regrets! The house had everything we needed to feel right at home. I can’t remember the last time I stayed in a rental that was fully stocked with coffee, creamer and spices! The new fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog and baby. Also a very short distance from downtown Littleton which has so much to see! Definitely a 5 star stay, great value, and I would stay here again!」

「My family was so happy with our stay. The kids were so excited with the bunk beds and loft. A little place made very cozy and special with all the details covered. Kitchen had everything we needed.
