Hotel rooms is clean and comfortable, but the staff seems to be very poorly trained. They couldn't find my reservation, despite me showing it to them. This was eventually resolved. They did not tell me which floor my room was on, because they wanted to hurry along at the expense of being helpful. I discovered the shower was completely out of soap, and when I asked for more, the person came and handed me a dirty soap dispenser and left me to swap out the old one, rather than even offering to help. I cleaned it up in the sink, and then figured out how to remove the old one and put in the new one. Hotel itself has potential, but the staff need service training, because they seem to be a combination of lazy and incompetent (degree of each depends on the staff member).
