"Gated property with staff available from 7am to 9pm daily. Very close to Fortuna and all of it's restaurants and shopping. Beautiful grounds and a breathtaking view of the volcano from the pool. Breakfast provided was buffet style and delicious with options from eggs and sausage to fruit and cereal. Some traffic noise and bars on the windows and doors. But we felt safe and comfortable here. Housekeeping daily, all of the staff were friendly and helpful."

"Es más lindo en persona que en fotos las cuales no le hacen justicia, tiene hermosos andadores, bellos jardines y la alberca no es profunda ideal para niños además cuenta con jacuzzi. El encargado del hotel es un perrito precioso que se llama bobby. La atención no es buena las meseras del restaurante suelen ser no tan amables, en recepción es excelente la atención."

"Really great place to stay in La Fortuna, the breakfast is hosted in the attached restaurant and is delicious; lots of fresh fruit, traditional CR food. What I will say, is that there is a swimming pool but it’s right next to the restaurant so it’s not private at all. They gave us parking in a very safe lot which was great."
