- One bedroom with 160 cm bed, storage and desk
- One bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), storage space and small desk
- One bedroom with 140 cm bed, wardrobe and desk, and balcony
- A shower room with shower and washing machine
- Separate WC with shower attachment
- Wi-Fi / Internet and TV
- The accommodation has a parking space located behind the building.

📍Situated in the Capuche Alliés district, you are close to the centre 10 minutes by car, 15-20 minutes on foot
🏪You will find close to the flat bars, restaurants, parks (200 metres), Lidl supermarket (200 metres), pharmacies and bakeries (downstairs at the crossroads of the building), petrol station and supermarket located opposite also / behind, and other car parks in the vicinity if needed.
🚍Bus stops to town centre and other destinations at bottom of building, street opposite (5 mins to town centre).
🚉Tram stops A, C, E: the nearest being Tram A or E less than 10 minutes' walk away.

💁‍♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!

🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.

🤝 This is shared accommodation! All cleaning costs are donated to two associations (E.S.A.T., for disabled workers, and Nettoyage Solidaire).
