1st floor Apartment in Downtown Greenville with direct ATV and snowmobile access. Hiking, skiing, fishing, hunting all within a short drive. If you are a boater, there is a boat ramp one street over. When you aren't out exploring the north woods take a walk into town for breakfast, lunch, dinner and shopping! Located in the east cove, this studio apartment puts you in the middle of all the action! Especially during Fly-In and 4th of July celebrations, don't worry about parking since you're a walk away!

CANCELLATION POLICY ADDITION: You can cancel up to 14 days prior to check in. Please note, however, there is a $25.00 cancellation fee.

well the heat kept going to 62* after I set it to 68*.made it rather uncomortable and clomping around up and down the stairs and across the floor at 11pm ish and 4am ish maybe 4:30am clomp clomping around.
