"The staff were so helpful especially when it came to my daughter’s dietary requirements, with plenty of choice for her. You did not have to wait for the staff to help with anything you needed. The food was of a very high standard with a great selection of restaurants. The location was wonderful with great sea views and very clean throughout. "My siblings and I had a pleasant stay at Mitsis Rinela. The rooms were extremely comfortable, clean, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The restaurants had a wide variety of food to choose from, and there was entertainment on every night we were there. Definitely a hotel to stay at during a visit to Heraklion."

"The staff were so helpful especially when it came to my daughter’s dietary requirements, with plenty of choice for her. You did not have to wait for the staff to help with anything you needed. The food was of a very high standard with a great selection of restaurants. The location was wonderful with great sea views and very clean throughout.
