「Loved the property. Lindsay the host was incredibly kind and accommodating. Walkable distance to some nice coffee and brunch places, and I could see the ocean from the balcony. I didn't read the special check in instructions ahead of time and still was let in early. 」

「200年以上昔からある建物を綺麗にホテルとして提供してくれている。スタッフが皆さんとても親切で、良くしてくれた。建物が古いので設備として完璧ではないが、ベッドメイクなども清潔に行ってくれていた。 チェックイン前からエクスペディアのメッセージ機能でやり取りをしながら、こちらの不安を取り除けるように細かく配慮してくれた。 夜は素敵なバーも気軽に利用できて、バーテンダーもとても気さくで親切でした。 スタッフ皆さんのお陰で、ハバナの滞在がとても良い思い出に出来たと思います。ありがとうごさいました。」

His English was very good and he was very thoughtful A qualified doctor, he also aided my daughter with sunburn and tummy trouble. The hotel has a lovely courtyard where delicious breakfasts are served. We had the double height, triple room at the front of the property which was a beautiful characterful room however the only window opened out straight on to the street which meant a lot of noise...
