Violetta Cottage is a modern 4-bedroom property situated in the ever-popular seaside town of Hemsby. For some family fun and friendly competition, the cottage offers both an internal and external games rooms, with a range of classic and new arcade games.

Conveniently located around a 20-minute walk from Hemsby beach, you’ll be spoilt for choice with so many seaside attractions including crazy golf, arcades, fun fairs and more, all within easy reach.

Violetta Cottage also offers the chance to visit some of the most beautiful parts of The Norfolk Broads! Ormesby Broad can be reached in under 10-minutes, whilst the largest broad in the county, Hickling Broad is only around 20-minutes away by car.

Driveway parking is available at the property for 3 cars. Charging of electric cars is not available on the premises.


The space:
Violetta Cottage consists of four bedrooms, including one bedroom with king size bed, one double bedroom, and two twin rooms. All the bedrooms are on the first floor, with the master bedroom (with king size bed) also featuring an ensuite bathroom. Both the master and double bedrooms offer flat screen televisions. A family bathroom is also available upstairs with a bath with overhead shower.

Downstairs you’ll be greeted with a wonderfully spacious living area with double doors opening out to the vibrant dining area. There’s even a snug with sofas and a smart TV providing another living space in addition to the lounge. There is also an additional W/C on the ground floor.

After a busy day exploring, guests can look forward to returning to the cottage to make use of the amazing family games rooms. Externally (in the garage) you will find, a pool table, table tennis table, air hockey table and darts. Whilst inside the conservatory room, there is a cocktail arcade table (for two players), a pinball machine, a 2 player upright arcade machine and 32” electronic touch screen table with over 70 digital boards games including much loved classics such as Monopoly, Risk Cluedo, Game of Life and Uno!

On warmer days, after a busy day exploring Norfolk (or even just to cool off after some competitive gaming!), you can look forward to a cool beverage whilst relaxing in the garden, or perhaps even some alfresco dining!

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a family meal, with plenty of amenities available including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. The property has an induction hob, so guests with pace makers must be aware.
