「This was a very smooth experience from start to finish, and the home was very clean and comfortable. Communication was great! The property is a well maintained traditional lake house that is convenient to the lake and town. Would definitely rent again!」

The owners seem to be making enhancements that will make it even better. There was plenty of games, cooking utensils, dishes, etc. Entire process was smooth. We'll be back!」

「Duluth is cold in January... duh!! This place was cozy for sure. It's location is absolutely the best, but in January we weren't outside much. We came to Duluth for a wedding and had several individual needs and a large group (6 adults and two dogs). This place was perfect and allowed for us all to have our own space. Bill was available for all questions too. Games on-site and that helped to make a fabulous weekend.」

The location is unbeatable. We parked in the lot and never got back in our cars the whole weekend. There is some noise at night out in the parking lot from people leaving the bars, so that was a bit annoying.」
