「very clean, very nice communication and very good place( there is OXFORD BAR and CAMBRIGE BAR next to this hotel. this hotel is sandwiched by OXBRIDGE) if i say improvement, breakefast bag. the idea is good, however, there were only sweet foods and drink. i don't eat sweets in breakefast, so bread and cheese were better for me.」

「This is student housing. We brought our own pillows from home, which I would recommend. The beds are small, but was fine for us because we were prepared for the size/situation based on other reviews. Bathroom is tiny. Rooms are not cleaned during your stay unless you pay extra. If you have accurate expectations you will enjoy your stay here- the staff was REALLY FRIENDLY and accommodating-- the actual room was as expected, because we were expecting a dorm room! :) 」

「Really good value for money! Very conveniently located with very good public transport links to central London. EV chargers in the car park actually do work once you look for name on the wallbox, not the location on the app (as they don’t exist there). We will certainly use this premises in the future again. Cleanliness in the car park and surroundings of the property was initially not great, however it was cleaned up after a few days, guess it was related to Christmas absences of staff. 」

「Attractively designed, clean and well-equipped rooms located right in the centre of Bath. Good value. However, automated check in is poor and overcomplicated - including recieving a QR code which then won't work. Note that room doors unlock remotely - so you'll be scratching at the door like a velociraptor in Jurassic Park until approx 15:00 when it unlocks. No proper reception so I'd recommend against arriving any earlier unless you've paid for early check in. Anyway, a perfectly nice apartment...

「It was an absolutely amazing stay at the Regency for my wife, 5 year old daughter and me. Safe and cozy neighborhood close to the tube and convenient corner stores. The management was very responsive and helpful and happened to have someone there when we checked in that helped us with the bags and showed us around the flat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!」

「I arrived at this lodging rather exhausted after the long flight, then they said I had to move to another hotel for they had leaking in the room. They said it was not their fault, the problem of the building. Anyway it was quite unpleasant to change the plan. It was raining and I had to pay for the taxi. I was thinking of having supper in the room but the lodging that theyhad booked for me was an ordinary hotel and though the price was same I would not pay that price for an ordinary hotel room....

「It is situated very close to the underground station. Also there are more than a couple of supermarkets. The room is very clean and the staff are very helpful. It is one of the places which I will use again when I'm in London for sure.」

「翌日朝からユーロスターに乗る予定だったので、直通のメトロの駅が近くてよかったです。隣の通りにパブやファストフード、スーパーなどがいくつかあり、食事にも困りませんでした。泊まった部屋は、建物自体は古かったですがちゃんと清掃されている感じで綺麗でした。ヒーターで部屋があったかかなっていて暑いくらいだったので、寒さの心配はないと思います。😂」
