Came with extended family for parents 50th anniversary celebration - two 70+adults, four 40+adults, and four children 9-12. The best thing about the property is the location and outside space - right on the peaceful little Sebago lake, with two docks, kayaks, paddle board and fire fit. The water was clear and warm and the kids would have stayed in the water all day if they could. Kayaks were well maintained and lots of little areas to explore. The house itself was beautiful and spacious, with large living space and enough dining space for all if we used the bar or outside space outside. Three rooms for adult couples and one bunk room for kids, as well as another living space downstairs. A couple of drawbacks - house is not airconditioned and we were there in 90 degree weather and it was HOT. This is obviously not the norm for Maine, but it posed a challenge for us. Two bedrooms upstairs had portable units for sleeping, but all the living space and downstairs were still very hot. One couple lived only 20 minutes away, and went home to bring a couple of their own window units so the the kids and third couple could sleep comfortably. Also, two of kids beds and adult bed downstairs were quite uncomfortable, able to feel springs, and we had to put down extra padding on the beds so the kids could sleep. But overall a lovely place, location could not be better, and as long it wasn't so hot, would come back in a heartbeat!
