「Such a wonderful location and property. Great for exploring the keys. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Lovely folded towels at the start of our stay was a beautiful touch. Very quiet and plenty of lovely restaurants and attractions nearby. We would love to stay again! Thank you Wluld」

「Absolutely beautiful views and a perfect location! The apartment was a great size for the 2 of us. All our favorite places are nearby. Loved being able to sit down on the beach and up on the deck. Plenty of shade from the palm trees. Water is typical keys. We loved it and will definitely book again!」

「We stayed here 4 nights end of May. The owners were friendly and helpful with a bait shop on site. This is a perfect place for a guy's or family fishing trip. The on-site boat ramp easily fits our 32' boat. We will stay here again in the future.」

「Our host was very welcoming and friendly, and the accommodations were as represented on VRBO. The location was fantastic, we were able to travel easily to Key West and other things we wanted to see. Enough space to comfortably house 2 adults and 2 teens. We would definitely book in again on our next trip to the Keys.」

「Key Colony is lovely spot in marathon that makes you feel away from everything but still close to stores and restaurants. The unit is one of the best locations on the property with a beautiful water view from the balcony and close proximity to the beach and grills. A little dated but clean and comfy with all the basics provided for a fabulous family vacation. Highly recommend!」

「All was great, only hitch was the television instructions did not work & we had to figure it out for ourselves & football we wanted to watch we had to subscribe to view. Unfortunate, so off to the sports bar we needed to go after paying plenty for a nice big condo. 」

「We enjoyed the well appointed rooms, outdoor deck & the unexpected outdoor loft looking out to the ocean. We also appreciated the additional amenities of paper towels, laundry detergent, dish & hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. which are not always provided at rentals. The covered parking, elevator & pool were nice features.」

「Not what we expected. Hoped to be closer to water. Could have used a map to the area. TV options were strange. No live network or sports networks? Most channels were internet channels. Could not figure out how to change volume on the Samsung remote available. Directions would have been helpful.」

「Efficiency unit. Small, clean and homey. Hosts are very responsive. There was a binder with recommendations for things to do and restaurants which was very helpful and appreciated. The jetty is great for views and/or fishing. Marathon is great base location to explore the keys. First time in the Keys. Loved it and would rent again. 」
