「Loved access to beach, pool, laundry. It was peaceful and relaxing. RT oom was spotless and comfortable. Would love to home back and stay longer. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in Marathon, Fl. Muffet’s place is pure magic. She is right on the water with a cute little place (it honestly is much larger than it looks in the photos), a great outdoor area with small soaking pool, ping pong, outdoor bar, and numerous clusters of chairs for socializing and just relaxing taking in the sunsets. Muffet was also amazing, giving us advice and being a gracious host. She became a friend while we were there. I will miss our relaxing days...

「Loved our stay at Key Colony in this new 3 bed, 3 bath home. We enjoyed walking the local area each day and went to sombrero beach. This home has a beautiful view of the pool and inter coastal way. 」

「Clean modern studio in a townhouse gated community. Pool and waterfront are beautiful and very clean. This condo is a few rows back from water. No beach.. Lots of towels supplied in unit. Would suggest new set of dishes and cooking pans, glasses in kitche.dishes an glasses, co」

「This property is very clean. Nice community, everyone is very friendly. The pool within the complex is large, heated and was very nice. Good location in the heart of Marathon. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. 」

「Key Colony is lovely spot in marathon that makes you feel away from everything but still close to stores and restaurants. The unit is one of the best locations on the property with a beautiful water view from the balcony and close proximity to the beach and grills. A little dated but clean and comfy with all the basics provided for a fabulous family vacation. Highly recommend!」

「Need a little get away, this place fit the bill. Nice efficiency type condo only a few steps to a small beach with a beautiful ocean view. Close to many nice restaurants. The weather wasn't perfect but managed a swim in the ocean and used the heated pool. Quiet condo complex. Since we only had a few days, the owner accepted a 5 day stay. Would definitely go again!!」

「Location was great-loved the pool and beach on site. Furniture/bed/pillows could use an update, TV was very small but was mostly outdoors enjoying the property and Marathon area.」

We're already planning to return.Just book it: you'll be happy you did.The unit was great: super clean, tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and exceptionally functional, including the compact but well-equipped kitchen and the excellent WiFi and TV. The complex's common areas were exceedingly well-kept, from the parking lot to the pool to the amazing private beach, which is bulk-headed and has groomed...

「Nice comfortable rental, as described not a swimming beach but great views over the Atlantic. Great mid Keys location. Owner responded to the few problems that we had. Nice birding right across the highway in some backwater ponds!」

「While somewhat clean it lacked plugs in the kitchen and none in the bathroom. Curtain in bath was trimmed with a pair of scissors and not hemmed. The .99 cent shower curtain had a hole in it. The toilet seat was hanging on by a thread and the toilet itself was on some sort of nasty platform. I have pics. All of things could be easily fixed. 」

「Superb!!! Best-ever stay. We were so pleasantly surprised, as the pictures were okay, but the house is so much better. We kayaked, grilled, and used the pool. We explored Curry Hammock State Park by Kayak, watched sunsets, and enjoyed the refreshing dipping pool at the end of our long days. There is so much to do around, from Key West (just 40 minutes away) to explore the restaurants in Marathon; the house was wonderful, but the town is truly quaint, too.」

「Best house ever. Very friendly host and ready to please with any requests. The beds were top quality. The house is perfect for families, the kitchen is great to cook, they have games, fishing poles and is very clean. We have never seen such beautiful sunsets. Easy to get to from anywhere in the country. Marathon is a unique destination, great food, quaint and you don’t get tired of coming back every year. WE RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE.」

「Most an amazing place, with an amazing view. Frank was great to work with if had any questions or needs. We have been coming down to Marathon for 10 years and had one place we rented be sold, this was our first year at this location. So private, pool was amazing, kitchen had everything you need, all bedrooms had own bathroom, screen porch had unreal views. We will definitely be back next year and hopefully many years in the future. A little piece of heaven on earth.」
