「Key Colony is lovely spot in marathon that makes you feel away from everything but still close to stores and restaurants. The unit is one of the best locations on the property with a beautiful water view from the balcony and close proximity to the beach and grills. A little dated but clean and comfy with all the basics provided for a fabulous family vacation. Highly recommend!」

「This was our second year at the property in this unit. We stayed 5 days. The full kitchen and a full sized shower were requirements for us and the unit meet those needs. More sun would have enabled us to enjoy the beach area but you can't control the weather. Nice area to stay even without sun! Good for walking and exercise. 」

We also appreciated the additional amenities of paper towels, laundry detergent, dish & hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. which are not always provided at rentals. The covered parking, elevator & pool were nice features.」

「We had a wonderful time in the beautiful, modern, sparkling clean, roomy Vrbo site. The property was even better than pictures and the pool was a perfect way to unwind and relax. We saw manatee, pelicans, and loads of fish. We fished from the Canal itself and had a great time. The Cabana Club had a great beach, pool, restaurant and amenities. Questions were answered within an hour and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Overall the perfect little getaway in Key Colony.」

「When we first checked in we had some issues but the property owner made sure to correct the issues. The reason for the four was the chairs at the outdoor table were worn and the fabric was torn and looked like it would cause you to fall through the chair. The upstairs patio was awesome. I would definitely Recommend this rental as they seem very concerned to make things right. 」

「We loved our stay at this villa! The view of the canal was great! The location was perfect for us. One of my favorite memories will always be coffee on the porch in the morning with family. We saw manatees almost every day in the canal. The pool was perfect! I have no complaints except you are only given 2 garbage bags for your entire stay and not enough toilet paper for a larger group.
