Make memories for a lifetime in this cozy cottage located 2 minutes from Green Turtle Bay giving you access to both Lake Barkley and Kentucky Lake. This lake cottage is also located 2 minutes from the well known Patti's Settlement and charming shops in town. If hiking or side by siding is your thing, we are also very close to Land Between the Lakes. This charming cottage offers an outdoor space under roof and a grill to grill out. A beverage center in the house provides plenty of refrigerator space to keep everyone in cold drinks your entire stay. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and offers some of the most common spices as well. Keurig coffee maker provided with several pods to make your first morning just perfect. TP and paper towels also provided to help make your preparation for your trip easier.
The bunk room has 2 full size bunk beds. We recommend only 1 full size person on the top bunks. The 2nd bedroom provides a queen bed and a twin trundle bed. The 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed. The open floor plan of the kitchen and living space is ideal for hanging out with friends and family. The dining room table has seating for 6 with 4 additional stools that can be used as well. The large leather sectional is comfy and has room for many. Our smart television and wifi allows you to stream your media of choice.

Great place, great location!
Went for a “girls trip” (91 year old Mom and 3 -60 something’s) to visit Patti’s for mom’s birthday. The home is very comfy with everything you need. Plenty of room. And clean. The location was great. We had dinner at Patti’s 2 nights. Enjoyed strolling around the property and seeing the lights. We even had a little Christmas tree in the house! Wish we could have stayed longer. This location would also be great for lake activities as the lake/dam is very close by.

Excellent lake home
My daughter's family and my wife and I spent a long weekend with this excellent lake home. While it is not lake front, it halfway between the Green Turtle Bay Marina and Patti's 1880s with both less than a 5-minute drive away. We have rented several condos/vacation homes over the past few years, and we evaluate the property based on its cleanliness, the quality of the beds, and the showers. We found each of these as excellent. My wife also noticed several items that were better than normal in a rental like the quality of the soap and paper towels. We would highly recommend this home.

Amazing property and perfect location
This place is absolutely amazing! The pictures are accurate but really don’t do it justice. We brought 3 teams to the KHSAA state fishing tournament, which is 11 in total and we all slept comfortably and had room to move around. Having the garage door as a major help as the boys could spend their evenings preparing their gear for the next day. There is a covered patio where we grilled at the same time as doing the gear. It was just perfect for us. It’s walking distance to the Lake Barkley Lighthouse ramp so that allowed the anglers to walk down and fish for fun and kill time. It’s only 15min from the Ky State Park launch ramp in Ky Dam Village. It’s fully loaded with items to cook with if needed if you choose. This property is home away from home and the owner was amazing to work with. It felt like you were talking or texting with a longtime friend. When we come back, we will absolutely stay here as this is a huge upgrade from staying in the state lodge or cabins and the pricing wasn’t that much different.

great home base
we go down for sailboat racing, had 2 boats of crew in the place, everyone had a bed, great kitchen for making box lunches, great spot to hangout after racing.
