Summary:
Spread out in our newly-renovated downtown Grand Junction craftsman home! We took this charming 100+ year old bungalow and splashed color and character throughout a fun mid-century modern design. Enjoy 5 bedrooms throughout the home - including a fun "kids room" - and backyard oasis boasting a wood-burning fire pit, seating area, and bistro lights. Our Urban abode is the perfect space for a family or group of friends for a short stop over in GJ or a long getaway.

Main Level:

Upstairs:
- 3 queen bedrooms (+ 1 baby crib)
- 1 "Kids Room" with built in bunk-beds, a twin bed, books, toys and games.
The 2 bunk bed mattresses are slightly smaller than the twin, and are **not** suitable for adults. Recommended for kids up to age 10.

Back Deck & Rear Parking:
- There is a new deck, patio seating for 6 and a gas grill out back.
- Fenced in back yard with fire pit, bistro lights, and adirondack chairs..
- Driveway parking for 2 cars. There is also available street parking along the side of our house.
- Garage access & bike storage available upon request. **Please note, our housekeeping team has shared access to the garage to maintain other units.
Additional ADU / Back House:
- Need more accommodations? Our brand new 2 bed / 1 bath private back house sleeps 4 and is also on the property, located over the garage. Message us for rates.
** Important note re: our cooling system:
The home has an evaporative cooler to keep you comfortable. Please note while this is similar to an A/C unit, it doesn't keep the house as cool as an A/C would in times of peak heat. We have ceiling and floor fans throughout the home if needed, but have never had trouble with the cooler even in summer months.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house, front and fenced in back / side yard. 4 parking spots are available, 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. There is also ample street parking.
The Neighborhood:
Charming, historic district, walking distance to CMU campus, St. Mary's and downtown.
Getting Around:
There is plenty of street parking, but very accessible and walkable to downtown.
Other Things to Note:
This is solely a vacation rental, not a personal residence. If you'd like a fresh clean slate, without a lot of personal clutter, you have come to the right spot.
-For your safety, there are security cameras on the exterior of the home. They are located in the driveway, front yard and front door.
-In addition to our cancelation policy, credit card and platform processing fees will not be refunded.
