Bikers and hikers will be delighted to know this home is also connected to a bike path and mountain biking trails. You can find other incredible attractions within six miles of the house, which include downtown Grand Junction, the Museum Of The West, Museums Of Western Colorado, Mesa Theater, Bananas Fun Park, Canyon View Park, and Lincoln Park.

Outdoor living is lovely here! Spend entertaining evenings under the gazebo, whether planning your next adventures or simply relaxing and taking in the fantastic views of the red cliffs. This is also a great spot to enjoy refreshing beverages or a steamy coffee.

When it comes to indoor living, this home does not miss! The living area offers vaulted ceilings, carpeted floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and matchless vistas. Snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace during cold winter days and play any of the board games provided or stream your favorite series on the smart TV with streaming and cable. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
