「The facilities were clean and safe. Among the many positive moments of my stay, I most appreciated the pleasant interactions with BW staff I encountered. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and courteous. Her name is Ryanne. Unfortunately, I did not learn the name of the second staff member I would like to mention. She was the server in your BW restaurant that evening - pleasant, fun and knowledgeable. I expect to be in Grand Falls again soon and look forward to my stay.」

「The Plum room was very comfortable with a gorgeous bed and bedding. On our return trip we stayed in the Raspberry room and found it delightful. The rooms are so well insulated that you did not hear the other guests. Breakfast was a choice between ham and eggs with toast or French toast and delicious and filling. 」
