This spacious retreat offers a recently updated interior with a large full kitchen, skylights, plenty of space, as well as an exterior with a deck to enjoy the spectacular views, star gaze at night, a gas grill, and outdoor dining space for sunset meals. Whether you're in town to explore the Grand Canyon National Park, drive Historic Route 66, or simply enjoy the desert, this home is the perfect getaway! NOTE: although this property postal code is Williams, this property is located approx. 30 miles from downtown Williams. This property is located approx. 1.25 miles down a dirt road, there are no streetlights at night, so you can truly enjoy the beautiful starry evenings.

**DISCLAIMER**
When renting our home please keep in mind we are in a very rural area, you will be on 36 private acres in the high desert. It is very quiet and peaceful, and our house is surrounded by unbothered desert, the natural foliage you will find on the property is mostly pinons and junipers, greasewood aka Creosote with an occasional prickly pear cactus or hedgehog cacti.
With nature comes wildlife, from coyotes, owls, elk, deer, javelina, hawks, jack rabbits and bobcats to the smaller critters like, birds, mice, snakes, desert gophers and depending on the time of year some bugs (butterflies, moths, flies, crickets, spiders, ants), you never know what might be foraging by.
No need to fear, the desert and mountains are their home too and they make the desert magic come to life. That said, although we do our very best to keep our home pest free, there are times when some wildlife will come inside (usually spiders/flies) we usually find them by the windows. The house and surrounding area is sprayed after each guest for potential visitors.
Try to keep windows and doors closed to prevent them coming in for a visit.

Absolutely amazing!!
This place is amazing! Stayed as a family of 6, including 3 teenage boys and a 10 yr old boy. They all said this was by far their favorite place we have stayed during a 1 and 1/2 week roadtrip. The hosts’ attention to all the details are top notch. There’s horseshoes, walking sticks for hiking, a coffee bar, snacks, charging stations, a fully stocked kitchen, stocked bathroom shelves, all the games you can ask for, and so much more! It is very clear she works very hard to make this a great home away from home for her guests. There are also bird feeders in the front with oranges in the fridge that we fed the birds. It was very fun to watch them in the mornings. Communication was perfect and very quick. If we ever come back to the Grand Canyon, we will make sure to stay here again. Thanks again Heather!

Perfect secluded HQ for Grand Canyon adventure
I took my two oldest daughters to hike the South Rim. Casa Sublime exceeded our high expectations. The acreage gave us peaceful, beautiful, high dessert vibes. Easy back and forth to the South Rim and great advice from the host on prime sunset spot. Excellent star gazing. Inside, very comfortable; everything we needed. Master bath is gorgeous.

Great option for families
This property was an answer to prayer. Perfect for our family with elementary age children. Had everything we needed and even more. Plenty of towels and linens and toiletries as well as age appropriate games for the kids. Very clean and did not have any issues with any bugs or pests during our stay. Highly recommend. Logistically, we did a major Costco shopping trip coming from Las Vegas. But the host did give plenty of good recommendations if need to stock up for in-home cooking during your stay.

Rural Grand Canyon Retreat
This place is amazing! Comfortable for the entire family with an fabulous view. It's the closest you can stay to the Grand Canyon without staying in the park. The listing is just as advertised and the host has gone above and beyond. Just pack your bags and groceries. You will not regret it!

Paradise by the Grand Canyon
Casa Sublime was so awesome. Very beautiful, spotless and beautiful. Other than our own food, we didn’t need anything and the host had so many sweet surprises to snack on during our hikes. We loved our Grand Canyon experience and the town of Williams. The sunsets and sunrises were gorgeous too. Bird feeders set up to see pinion jays and quail. ❤️ Just wonderful.

Best Place Near the Grand Canyon
This was a wonderful place to stay on our Grand Canyon visit. The house was very clean and comfortable. It had a wonderful view of the desert and mountains from the porch along with a gas fire pit to enjoy. We very much appreciated all the extra amenities. It is quite a lovely house and added to making this a wonderful trip for us.

Lovely, secluded and spacious spot close to Grand Canyon
We had such an amazing stay here. The host literally thought of everything! We got in late to find a very spacious three bedroom home with tons of personal touches. They even left snacks out for us 😊. The host was super responsive when we had questions also. The beds were comfy and everything was very clean. About 20-30 min drive to GC and 40 to Williams. The sunsets and sunrises were beautiful from the porch; we enjoyed coffee with a fire for the sunrises. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you for hosting us!

Incredible Vacation!
We had the best time at Casa Sublime! Heather thought of every single detail and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed! She even provided a list of 4th of July activities nearby! Our kids loved the horseshoe pit and all of the board games! Such a great getaway! We will definitely be back!

Perfect House near the Gand Canyon
This house was perfect for our family of 4. It feels like you’re out in the middle of nowhere. Very private and quiet. It was easy to navigate to using Google maps. The outside is well maintained. The inside was very nicely decorated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The owner provides just about everything you need from bathroom products to snacks. We have Verizon and our internet service and phone worked pretty well. The night sky is amazing!! It was only a short 23 minute drive to see the sunset at the Grand Canyon. There are restaurants and general stores about 20 minutes away in either direction so getting food and supplies is easy. We had a great stay and would definitely stay at this house again.

Wonderful!
We had a wonderful time at the Casa Sublime. The house was just as pictured on VRBO. It was very clean, cute and inviting. The location was great—less than half an hour from the Grand Canyon and very private/relaxing. One of my favorite things was having my morning coffee on the deck, with a beautiful view of snow capped mountains off in the distance. Our teenagers enjoyed the many games and the horseshoe pit as well. We would highly recommend the Casa Sublime!

Peaceful Retreat
This VRBO was the most thoroughly appointed rental I have ever stayed at. From charger ports to selection of coffee/Keurigs, games, extra pillows and blankets to kitchen utensils, it was all there! We wish we could have stayed longer! Pictures are accurate on line, beds comfortable, HVAC worked well,easy to access, and if you like quiet, this is the place for you! Easy 30 minute access to south end of Grand Canyon NP (get there early!). The only constructive suggestions would be a mild upgrade on outdoor furniture pads, and a little tidying of the entertaining bird feeder area. All in all a wonderful stay!

Perfect place for our Grand Canyon adventure
This house is so convenient to the Grand Canyon! We also tossed in a day trip to Flagstaff and Sedona. It is well equipped with so much attention to detail for guests to be comfortable. I am glad to have found this treasure for our special trip!!!

Wonderful comfortable and quiet location near the Grand Canyon
Everyone in my family was impressed with this house and the extra, welcoming touches that were included - a coffee bar, snacks, bathroom amenities. The living spaces and bedrooms were very comfortable! We enjoyed days at the Grand Canyon and evenings at the house. We just wish we could have stayed longer. Also, Heather is great to as a host! You won't be disappointed.

Excellent property, well cared for, cozy and relaxing. The owner is focused on ensuring you enjoy your stay. Much attention to detail and lots of amenities to ensure your stay is worry free. It's the little things they do to ensure you enjoy your stay. Forgot a toothbrush? They have some available. Things like that go a long way towards a good stay. Snacks, popcorn, etc are available. Really enjoyed our stay. Wish all stays were like this.

An amazing house near the Grand Canyon
This house worked very well for my family and our first visit to the Grand Canyon. The house was stocked amazingly well. Better than any other house I have ever rented. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hos and during our visit. t was amazing and very helpful both before and during our visit. I would highly recommend staying at this house if you are taking a trip to the Grand Canyon.

Grand Canyon retreat
Property is a nice retreat in the Grand Canyon area. It provides a nice respite from a day of exploring and hiking. House was very cozy and has all the amenities to make stay comfortable. Very clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Host is very gracious and left thoughtful snacks for guests. She was nice enough to allow us to access the property ahead of time since we got there early. Her instructions on how to get to the place was on point too. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!!
