Not cleaned
Unfortunately, the property was filthy. It took two days for the Property management to get back to me after calling right at check in. Dirty toilets, used sheets and dirty floors. It was a busy week and we could not find other accommodations. So our first day was spent cleaning. Steer clean of this poorly managed property.

The property was as listed but wasn’t fully cleaned. We had trash and a dirty dish in the double bedroom and when we went to use the washer/dryer, we needed to put away the towels and sets if sheets first. For the cost of cleaning, we assumed this wouldn’t have been an issue. It fit the five of us well and we loved the quality/quantity of dishes and cookware. Our biggest issue was the lack of an AC. Being on the third floor in the summer on the west side made it really warm at night.

Very clean & had everything we needed & MORE!!
This condo was good for our week-long getaway in August. The facilities were very clean and equipped with great kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom supplies. We did find a joint container in the couch cushions, and some undergarments in a drawer but got a good laugh from both! Overall the condo was enjoyable and made our trip very comfortable.

Nice new condo in great location
I stayed here with my wife and two daughters in Granby and had a great time. The condo was new with nice furniture and everything you need, including plenty of bath towels and even pool towels. The beds were very comfortable. The patios on the third floor had a nice view of the mountains as well. Location was great with a large grocery store, liquor store,and gas station, within walking distance and about a mile from town. The condo does not have a/c but we never needed it and we went in July. If you are willing to walk up two flights of stairs this condo is for you, it was for me.

Well furnished and convenient. No A/C but had fans. Directions to pool/amenities would be helpful
My mistake booking something without air. Fans helped but still uncomfortable. The furnishings were comfortable. Appliances worked well! Directions to the pool would have helped!!

Everything was wonderful except ...
I really wanted to click the "I loved it" tab, but I could not because the AC was not working. When I arrived at the condo it was 80 degrees inside, so I turned the thermostat to 72, and went to bed. I got up the next morning to 79 degrees. When I left the condo the next day it was still 79 degrees. Other than the temperature everything about the condo was great. After golf 36 holes a day back to back it was very uncomfortable to come back to. Coffee would have been nice too.

Everything as listed.
Normally there is a map to show the area or grounds. The only thing I would suggest is to have a map with the location of amenities that are not in plan view. The garage was on the other side of the next building and the pool was up the hill. Our daughter wanted to take a swim, but by the time she found the pool. It was closed. I would suggest a map be placed on the counter with amenities marked. That is the only thing. It was clean and as described

Nice place and great location
The condo is nice and clean. It looks pretty new and is equipped with everything we needed. It is close to Rocky Mountain National Park. It would have been a plus if it has an AC in the room. Although the outside gets cool in the night, the room temperature is still around 80s.
