「Worst hospitality I've experienced. Location is great. facility is nice and modern. However we think staff's hospitality couldn't be worse. They don't intend to care of the guest AT ALL. When we checked-in, no one was at the reception. We found a staff in the office and ask her to check-in, but she said she felt cold and seemed not to want to spend the time to explain about the hotel at the reception outside. She explained very quickly how to open our room's door, but nothing else about...

「Great property, right on the beach. Staff was nice. Food was good. The only issue we had was that the time housekeeping showed up was inconsistent. Some days they showed up in the morning, sometimes they showed up late afternoon. Made it difficult to plan our day. 2 out of the 5 nights we were there, housekeeping came late and we asked them to come back in 15min. They seemed annoyed because they wanted to go home.
