「This apartment is centrally located a short distance from the Governor Harbor Airport. Easy to find and within walking distance to anything you need. Having said that you do need a vehicle to explore all the beauty Eleuthera has to offer. The apartment was very clean, modern decor and well supplied. Dom gave us a great welcome and he was easy to reach throughout our stay.」

「Wow what an amazing stay. Cant say enough good things about the place and the owners. Steve and her daughter Lisa were friendly prompt to answer questions and incredibly helpful. The studio is plenty big enough for 2, bright, clean, airy and modern. The private beach about 3 mile long was one of the most spectacular I've seen in my 45+ countries. 「We had a great visit. The place is very comfortable and Dom was so nice. He met us there and made sure we were aware of everything and comfortable! Loved our stay. Neighbors in other apartments were a little noisy but everyone is on vacation. Great place. We would come here again.」

「The island of Eleuthera was a relaxing vacation spot. Villa Allamanda added to the overall calm vibe with it's stocked kitchen, colorful walls, and beautiful garden setting on top of the hill. You can definitely enjoy the views from the 3rd story balconies. It was wonderful and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting this fantastic island.」

「Located in very noisy neighborhood, roosters at daybreak, local hangout across the street, so screeching tires, loud music etc. The apartment is spacious and bright so the noise nuisance is a shame. IKEA mattress, bed pillows etc are pretty beat up and need replacing as well as the noisy vibrating AC in the master. Dom and Joy did their best to accommodate and though we wouldn’t settle in this one again they do have other nice properties.」

「Anchor pointe apartments are centrally located on the island in Governor's Harbor with a great view of the ocean. We enjoy exploring the island from the northern tip to the southern tip and being located right in Governor's Harbor and having access to grocery and restaurants right next to us was very convenient and using Anchor Point as a starting point every day it was perfect.」

「Yes, this property is next to the water. It is just a few yards away. However, you have to bushwack your way through trees and bushes to reach it, and is is a rocky ledge with no beach. The fact that the owners haven't made a path or provided any kind of outside amenities beside a picnic table beside the trash shows that this property is meant to turn a quick buck without concern for the actual guest experience. 「Holy crow, this place exceeded all expectations! The apartment was much more spacious than I thought it would be, was beautifully decorated, and was very clean. The Patric and the management team had thought of everything, including beach chairs and an umbrella. The pool area was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. I would love to have given more than 5 stars!」

「We loved staying in Gov. Harbour with Lachelle as our host we were so well taken care of!!!! The house is clean big and more beautiful than the pics on line. I gave a 4 for the neighborhood due to bumpy road lol. Lachelle was open to communication and even gave me a gift for changing jobs! So so kind! Will definitely be back」
