「1月に2泊しました。滞在中、レンタカーのバッテリーが上がってしまった時、ホテルスタッフの方が丁寧で素早い対応に助けられました。残念ながらオーロラはかすかにしか見れませんでしたが、オーロラが出たら部屋に電話をくれるサービスや過去にホテルから見えたオーロラの写真を見せてくれたりアットホームな対応に十分満足です。 スタッフの柔軟であたたかいサービスのお陰で、アイスランドの滞在がとても思い出に残るものとなりました。ホテルでゆっくり過ごす予定でしたが、ホテルスタッフが近場の観光スポットを紹介してくれたので充実の3日間になりました。朝食ビュッフェの種類は少ないものの、ホテルのサイズなども考慮すると十分です。 ホテルの温泉も最高でした。 シャワールームが手狭なので、バスタブ付きの広いお部屋もあるとなおいいなぁとおもいます。」

「Beautiful Hotel so clean and stylish. The dinner was so lovely and so flavoursome. My only issue was when I asked for Gluten Free Bread - I was told the brown bread was gluten free - it very definitely wasn't! no gluten free bread is that stretchy unfortunately 」

「We were here in October 2017. Hotel was nice, had a shared kitchen that we didn't use. Can walk to a few restaurants nearby. There was a hot tub that was shared as well. We only stayed one night so we didn't try it out. It was a little difficult to find the place, and once we did we weren't sure about the parking situation. But we figured it out. The place was nice and clean. Would stay here again.」

「We stayed one night and were very happy with the accomodations. The front desk stayed 15 mins late to check us in and the view in the morning was gorgeous. It was muddy while we were there and so had to drag suitcases along wooden raised planks but it wasnt a big deal. Room was cozy & cute but very warm. We ended up opening windows to make it a good temperature for sleeping but it was no big deal. Fun to look in the barns in the morning and see the cows!」
