「Check in location is a few minutes walk away from actual apartments, which I knew. But they dont even offer to take you or your luggage to the location. The heat didnt work and after multiple attempts to get someone they finally came over and changed our apartment to yet another apartment with no heat and limited working outlets.Customer service is none existent. 「２回目の宿泊ですが、今回新館？のようなエレベーターを乗り換えて行く場所にある部屋でした。 広い。清潔、そこはいいけど乗り換えた２つめのエレベーターは工事現場のようなみすぼらしいエレベーターでこれが名門グレシャムのエレベーターか？と言うようものでお粗末きわまりない。しかも１泊め２泊目は、シャンプー，コンディショナー、ボディ全部のものがたった１本のものにはいったものだけしかなかった。３泊目に５本全部そろった。このあたりもほんとお粗末。 場所は便利な場所、朝食も種類豊富でよかったが、早朝出発時のパックは頼めたけれど内容は少なかった。 リンゴ、コーヒー、マフィンくらい。 しかも、問い合わせたらRiu.com? だったか、そちらに問い合わせてくれと返信がきて、そちらに問い合わせても返事はこなかった。宿泊予約している客の問い合わせメールに返信してこない。 次はグレシャムには泊まりません。 」
