「No nos ha gustado. Muy caro para lo que es, tienes la cama casi en frente de la cocina. Todo es una estancia. No había aire caliente, así que pasamos frío y para colmo al ir a la ducha, tampoco había agua caliente. Llamamos al dueño, el cual fue borde y no nos solucionó el problema. 」

「We consider the price we paid for our stay in the apartment to be unreasonable given the overall standard of the property. The condition and maintenance, cleanliness, and general atmosphere were significantly below what we expected for the price. In particular, the persistent smell of mould made the atmosphere unpleasant and negatively affected our stay.」

「Lovely apartment very close to beautiful beach. Apartment is huge and immaculately clean. Large basement garage with easy parking, very useful as there is limited public parking in the area. Owners very friendly and helpful. Only regret we only stayed one night, as the apartment and this area would be perfect for a longer stay.」

「El piso está bien, bien situado, en 10 minutos contados al centro, recién renovado pero no del todo terminado. Miguel hace todo para facilitar la estancia (aceite, azúcar, sal,....), te explica donde aparcar (y no es fácil).Los 4 pisos (en realidad 5) se hacen un poco largos con un peque y no soy fan de la moqueta debajo de la mesa donde se queda todo pero si del equipamiento en general.」

「La estancia en el piso estuvo agradable en general. Sin embargo creemos que se podría mejorar: - la limpieza, el piso estaba un poco sucio cuando llegamos (sobre todo los baños). - la calefacción, debería poder ajustarla los clientes, o que al menos esté a una temperatura más agradable. - faltaba cubertería y trapos en la cocina. - el baño pequeño olía muy fuerte a tubería y el olor no desapareció de toda la semana. "清潔で、広さも十分で、静かで、非常に快適に過ごせました。レセプションのスタッフはとても親切でしたし、朝食もとても充実していて、とてもよかったです。していえば、部屋のティーカップがそのまま置かれていたことと、朝食に生野菜がほとんどなかったのは気にはなりました。それでも、もう一度Gijonに泊まるとしたら、間違いなくここを選びます。"
