「La casa es como en las fotos. Le faltan cosas como tazas, cucharas. Pensabamos que el extractor estaba roto pero hay un interruptor debajo de un armario que hace de conmutador con la caldera. Estaria bien que se pusiera un cartel. Un radiador no funcionaba. Al ser a través de un gestor inmobiliario la comunicación no fluye, estuvimos dos dias sin el extractor. Estaria bien que hubiera alguien q siempre respondiera al whatsap」

「The apartment was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, linen and towels. The parking is very close and secure, and the apartment is located on Calle Gascona with a number of lovely Siderias and wonderful restaurants. The Cathedral and museums are all within a 10 min walk. We will look to stay there on our next trip to Oviedo.」

「El piso estaba genial pero olía muchísimo a trabajo. Todo limpio aunque realmente no usamos nada de menaje. Tenía muchos detalles de café magdalenas tostadora cafetera etc......El colchón de la cama grande muy finito y las almohadas muy bajas. La zona muy buena está cerquita de todo y tiene muchos sitios para desayunar comer etc」

「Maribel was an excellent host. She contacted me days before our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything else. Her apartment was clean, well equipped, the beds were really comfortable and all the linens were clean. The apartment is well located near shops, restaurants, bars and tourists attractions. We felt safe at all times. We will definitely come back.」

「This property had a great amount of space for our family. I loved that it had 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was also small but very useful. The apartment building was very nice and everything was nice and clean. The windows also did a wonderful job of keeping street noise out. I would stay here again.」

「This tiny, efficient apartment was perfect for us. It was immaculate in terms of cleanliness and really well laid out. It included all the basic necessities and a few thoughtful touches as well (a large bottle of water, for example). The location is fantastic.
