She always made us coffee and always helping us out even to carry our luggages in our room. The manager as well. They are always therr standing by to help. The rooms are brand new too!」

「We stayed for 1 night . Rooms were spacious, clean and very close to city center . The rooms were like in the photos .There is even a market opposite the hotel. The owner of the property is so helping and friendly. They even showed us a map showing the places to visit in Pristina. You can stay safely. I would like to stay again on my next visit to Kosovo. Thank you to the property owner :) 」

「Rezervasyonu yaptık, parayı ödedik, fakat başka kişiler kaldığı için kalamadık mekanda.Müşteri hizmetlerine hızlı bir şekilde ulaşamadık, gece vakti kendimize başka yer bakmak zorunda kaldık. Gezimizin tadı kaçtı. Giriş talimatlarında resepsiyon olmadığı için belirtilen numarayı önceden arayınız yazıyordu, yazdık, başka kişilerin kaldığını, dolayısıyla bizim kalamayacağımızı, sorunun web sitesinde olduğunu söyledi. 「Huoneisto oli erittäin siisti ja mukava. Sijainti oli pikkukadun varrella kävelyetäisyyden päässä keskustasta ja ihan lähellä oli 2 ruokakauppaa. Majoituspaikan henkilökunta oli poikkeuksellisen ystävällinen ja palvelualtis. Aamupala oli riittävä ja kun lähtöpäivänä lähdimme liikkeelle aikaisin, meille tilattiin etukäteen taksi sekä saimme mukaamme eväsleivät ja hedelmiä; palvelu oli tosiaan erinomainen.
