If you’re looking for a for a small place to stay on a budget that’s clean, in a fairly central location, and don’t plan on spending much time in the cottage, this is a good choice. It’s basically a place to sleep - very minimal amenities, Wi-Fi was slow (Netflix wouldn’t load), no water view, very firm bed, etc. And you definitely need a car.
The closest grocery store is 20 minutes away in Georgetown and there are several small beach access areas along the way. Restaurants open early for breakfast, close at 10:30am, and then reopen at noon until about 8pm.
Larry is a great host - responsive and flexible with check in and check out time. He scheduled a taxi to transport us to and from the airport and also allowed us to rent his personal work car when the island rental agencies were sold out.
