Newly renovated downtown Gatlinburg Condo!!! This condo is just a short .3 mile walk to the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! It offers gorgeous mountain views off the private back porch! The condo features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and sleeps up to 4 guests! Guests can enjoy the pool as well as the amazing ability to be able to walk right into downtown Gatlinburg! You can't beat this location! See you soon!

The Neighborhood:
This condo is located within walking distance of the Gatlinburg Parkway! It is in the Laurel Inn Condos! There is a back set set of steps down near the pool that leads you straight into downtown Gatlinburg, TN! You can also go out front the condos and take a sidewalk all the way into downtown! It's about .3 miles to the middle of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! The location is tremendous!

Getting Around:
All paved roads to the condo. We recommend 4x4 wheel drive at any condo in Gatlinburg and/or the mountains as well as this one. It's easy to reach the condo and in downtown Gatlinburg, TN! You can walk into downtown Gatlinburg, TN which saves you a good bit of money on parking!

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this condo.

This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way to it and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. This condo is located in downtown Gatlinburg, TN and within walking distance to the Parkway.

Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.

Coffee maker is a regular coffee maker. (bring coffee)

The condo is located on the 4th floor. There is an elevator to get up to it.

Laundry facilities are pay facilities located on the 1st floor of the condo complex.

The outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day each year give or take. The outdoor pool usually closes at the end of August each year give or take. These dates are subject to change at any time and out of our control as they are controlled by the HOA. Any necessary maintenance work is out of our control, too, and controlled by the HOA with no notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Bears and other wildlife are common in the area. Do not feed bears or any type of wildlife and keep your belongings secured and vehicle doors locked at all times. Bears and wildlife are very protected in this area. Do not feed or bother bears or wildlife, at any time, during your stay. Thank you greatly for your understanding with this.

Small but big enough for two. My son said pullout couch was not comfortable. Not as close to downtown as they want you to believe. Otherwise fit our needs and as advertised.

Gatlinburg Getaway
This Condo is perfectly located. It was a short walk to all the action on main street and a short drive to the state park and all the beautiful scenery and hiking in the mountains. The complex was quiet. The unit was immaculate and nicely decorated for a cabin like feel. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the balcony was great for morning coffee & relaxing in the evenings after a full day of activities. We didn't cook in the unit, but there is everything there you would need to do it. The owner was excellent to work with. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again.

Perfect
Adorable little place! Good sized unit! Perfect for us and two kids. One bedroom and a pull out couch. Coffee maker, stove, microwave, dishes, ice. No dishwasher. It had plenty of towels, wash cloths, sheets for the pull out, roku tvs, dish soap, bathing soaps, chairs on the balcony, and even some loose coffee and filters. My kids enjoyed the pool, I enjoyed the view! It was a very short walk to the Gatlinburg strip, you come out right at Ripleys believe it or not. The only thing that slightly sucked was the walk back up, its obviously all up hill and then stairs to the hotel BUT I would still stay here again! My legs are sore but we didnt have to pay for parking at all. The host replied timely, and "check in, check out" was easy just entering the door code! Check out cleaning was simple common sense. And we saw bears every day, but they really just mind their own business, very cool. Definitely would recommend this place to stay for others!

July 4th - Weekend Getaway!
Perfect place to stay for a Vacation Getaway! -Room was clean and ready for us at check-in time. -Host is super friendly and checked in with us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. -Condo is the perfect walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. -Parking is easily accessible and super convenient! -Kid friendly environment, with a balcony and pool. -Hiking trails are a quick 5-10 minute drive from condo. Great place to stay!

Great Stay!
This was a perfect place for my husband and I to spend a few days together. Communication with Property Management was easy and super responsive. The unit was nicely furnished and we liked that there was little to do for check out. The walk down to the main street was manageable but we didn’t attempt to make the trek back up. Thanks a bunch!

Perfect location!
Our condo unit was very clean, modern and had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. We used the outdoor pool and even got to see a bear outside of our complex. We also appreciated the walking distance to the town of Gatlinburg. We definitely will come back to this ‘A’ rated condo!

Perfect Little Condo
The condo looked just like the pictures. It was decorated very nicely and was cozy and comfortable. All of the rooms were extremely clean when when we checked in. The condo was close to town and very convenient. The walk was pretty steep coming back from town but there were stairs in the back of the condo that you could access to avoid walking up the very steep hill on the street. The condo is perfect for two people, but I don't think it would be comfortable for more. We have always rented a cabin for our stays in the past and this was a nice change. No worries about traffic or parking. It was a great place to stay!

Quick weekend getaway
The property was as pictured. The bed was comfortable and the gas fireplace made the room very cozy. We left a pillow in the room and the owner was kind enough to give us a code to get back in after we had steady checked out. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Quaint, cozy, and good location
Loved the decor. Shower water pressure left a little to be desired. Pillows on the bed contained no firmness. Would stay here again without hesitation. Still give it 5 stars and well worth the cost. I was even given an extra night up front though I asked late in the game. And that one night charge was cheaper than getting a hotel for one night. My wife and I enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable and great location
We had an amazing time there. Everything is like the pictures. We stayed for 4 days, my husband, my teenage daughter and I. It was enough space for us. We had a great time together. Watching a movie in front of a warming fireplace. We didn’t use the car for walking around downtown. We used the car just when we went to cities around. The owner was very friendly and we had fast answering. We totally recommend that. We will back.

Perfect location!!
I visited with my family of four for a bit of hiking in GSMNP and New Year’s Eve. This condo’s location is perfect. Once you come in from a day of hiking, you can park your car, get cleaned up and walk to town to enjoy the evening. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was a little tight for 4 people and our bulky winter clothes but we made it work. We even prepared 3 meals in the kitchen. The view from the balcony is pretty, especially at night. The Gatlinburg NYE celebration was just a block away, so we were able to hear the music from the balcony and walk down to see the ball drop and the fireworks just before midnight. Bonus! Quick access to the Motor Nature Trail to hike Grotto Falls and Rainbow Falls!

Great quick getaway
My boyfriend and I rented this condo for a quick 3 day getaway. Property was clean and exactly as pictured. Location was great, we were able to walk everywhere in downtown Gatlinburg and only moved our car once when we decided to visit the National Park. This place is perfect if you’re just looking for somewhere to crash in the evenings after exploring all day. Only negative was the property directly across the street from this building is under construction so every morning from about 6:30am onwards, all we could hear was equipment and trucks going in and out of the lot and power tools being used. Nothing the property manager can really do about it, just something to be aware of if you plan on staying here in the next few months. Other than that, a great stay and I would recommend it!
