We certainly enjoyed our stay up Ober Mountain. The place was large, easy to use, and comfortable. The drive out of town is beautiful as well. It is very close to town but took us about nine minutes due to the tight curves and switch backs. It is a quiet and beautiful place, and we certainly enjoyed our stay.

Cozy Thanksgiving Getaway

CondOber was the perfect location for our family getaway to Gatlinburg. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the games provided and watched a Christmas movie together after our Thanksgiving feast at The Park Grill. We had four in our party, but this place could easily accommodate 2-3 times as many people. We recommend this place for your next getaway.

Beautiful chalet

We really loved it. The chalet was spacious and it felt like home away from home. Our family celebrated Thanksgiving and created amazing memories. The excitement increased when we realized we could see the Ober Gatlinburg Aerial Tramway overhead when we stepped outside. That was magical. We will recommend this chalet to others.

Very spacious and comfortable condo.

We had a great time at this condo. We loved the extra living room seating and pool table. The regular beds were very comfortable. The futon beds were not comfortable at all to sleep on. My youngest son ended up sleeping on the floor instead. The kitchen was small but it had everything we needed. The place was clean. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Property was clean, could have been stocked better (but also could be spoiled from a past competitor). Really need to make sure you bring everything pantry wise (spices, trash bags, paper towels, foil, etc). Washer stopped working on the second night and we ran out of towels; only had 6 or 7 for 8 guests for 3 nights/4 days. Also had a hard time with timing when the pool was going to be open. It was farther from the condo than anticipated as well. Overall location was nice and quiet. Michael was great with communication for the most part, just not so much with the washer situation. If you need him, use the cell number available, don’t rely just on VRBO messaging. Would stay again if need be!

Fantastic for Everyone!!

Josh was very attentive to ensure all was well before, during, and after our stay. The condo is very clean and has all things needed for a family to enjoy a relaxing stay. It is surely a comfortable place and nice location. Parking is simple and just a few steps from the front door. There is plenty of room with three bedrooms that are larger than average size. The kitchen is basically stocked with small appliances and nice dish and utensil sets. Internet is good quality and so are the TVs. The main dinning table is large for a good gathering. Also is a full sized snooker table! The location is nice as it is on the south end of Gatlinburg with easy access to the by-pass going North East and with a quick right turn onto 441 to head south and west into the mountains. If one is there to enjoy the mountains and the adventures, there is no need to head into town as the Condo has all your needs. Just bring your food, drinks, and paper goods (for large groups and extended stays). Josh kept us informed prior to arrival and also ensured everything was well during the stay. I recommend staying at Josh and Katie's place to all. Thank you JOSH and KATIE!!

Very Nice & Enjoyable

When we arrived to the property the heat was not working. I called Michael, he was very responsive and communicated back & forth with me trying to troubleshoot the problem. When the simple troubleshooting didn’t resolve the problem he was prompt to call a heating & cooling guy out to the property to get it fixed. The problem was resolved and we had heat by that night and the rest of our stay was very nice and enjoyable. The property was clean & had everything you needed to have a very enjoyable & comfortable stay…the only thing I would suggest is better overhead lighting in the bedrooms.
