Conveniently located off the 321 Parkway in the Mountain Shadows Resort of Gatlinburg, HEART & SOUL is a single level, 2 Bedroom/2 Bath cabin with over 1,400 square feet of charming and cozy spaces. The cabin is nestled in the back of the resort surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountains and grants access to resort amenities such as 2 seasonal swimming pools, a playground & a community pavilion.

Cozy Cabin Retreat in Gatlinburg- a perfect stay!
We recently stayed in a cabin in Gatlinburg, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The home was beautifully cozy, fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and included thoughtful amenities like a hot tub and fireplaces that made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were exceptional—they went above and beyond to provide helpful tips, including options for grocery delivery, which was incredibly convenient. For those who prefer to shop in person, there’s also a nearby grocery store. Overall, this cabin offered everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely rent this property again. Highly recommend!

Cute cabin
Enjoyed our stay in this quiet community. Very cozy. Had the best sleep! Only suggestion, adding an additional shower above the jacuzzi tub so we’re not all sharing one shower. Great if you have kids who love baths. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place
A coworker and I stayed at the cabin last week for work. We were able to get plenty of rest on our time off and access to the cabin was very easy. We were driving a 16ft work truck and we were able to get in and out fine. Would definitely stay again.

Soccer at Rocky Top family weekend
We had the most amazing stay in the Smokies! This cabin was situated very close to the Sports park as well as grocery, restaurants and all of our needs. However when at the cabin we were in the midst of the beautiful mountains! Perfect for our family! Everyone loved the classic pac man machine, grandparents, adults and grandson!! All of the notices about bears are real! We had the experience of seeing one searching for food. It was amazing!! Very kind and responsive hosts. Thank you

Love this cabin!
We were only here for short time due to weather but I’m so glad we made it! It was just what we needed after a long day of driving. The cabin smelled so good when we walked in, the lamps were all on and it was so cozy!!! We are hoping to come back and spend more time soon!!

Honeymoon
We booked our cabin for our little honeymoon weekend get away, and it was the best stay we have had in a while. The cabin was beautiful and the property owners were super nice and helpful! Will be definitely staying here in the future!

Wonderful cabin
What an amazing place! We really enjoyed our stay, the cabin was just as described. The hosts were quick to respond when we contacted them. We had so much fun in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Came back in the evenings to enjoy the pool to cool off and even used the hot tub. We relived our 80’s childhood and played video games too. So much fun!

This was a great place to stay. Have stayed in several cabins. This one was by far the cleanest, neatest, great customer service. Was having a little issue with hot tub. Messaged owner and they sent someone promptly, fixed issie and messaged to make sure everything was good. Will definitely stay again. If looking for a nice get a wau, this one is the one to choose !!!!!!!

Great Cabin!
This cabin was a very clean, private, and cozy place. The location was perfect and easy to find. Very close to the local grocery store and close to the main strip in Gatlinburg. The only downside, it was backed up to a main road but hidden by all the trees. But don’t let this minor thing stop you from renting this cabin. I was amazed by the quick response from the host when I contacted them. I also appreciated the detailed information on check in process. This ‘Heart and Soul’ cabin is highly recommended!!

Gatlinburg Getaway
The cabin was easy to find and there was no problem getting inside with the keypad entry. The cabin was VERY clean and the kitchen had all the cooking accessories/utensils that we needed. There were plenty of sleeping room for our group of 6. The kids and adults enjoyed playing the video games also. We will let our friends and family know about this wonderful place if they plan on staying in Gatlinburg. The Jesse Family

Camp at Rocky Top Sports World
The location was great for our stay. The cabin was nice and offered a split living space. Young adults like their space separate from the parents! During the rain, enjoyed swinging on the front porch swing. If we come back, we’d stay there again!! Thanks to the hosts for checking in and suggesting local locations.

Nice place, wish the listing had been more accurate
I liked this chalet, it was cute and situated nicely. It had a cozy and cute vibe to it. We booked this place because it advertised an 11 am check out and had a hot tub. We were going to Dollywood and knew we wouldn't have a lot of time there, but wanted to maximize our trip. After booking, I received info that the check out time was 10 am. When I brought this to their attention, they simply said "oops!" and did not allow the advertised check out time of 11 am. We got in after the park and followed the instructions to make the hot tub warm up (which involved opening up a panel on the hot tub). Could it not have been turned on prior? Nowhere in the instructions did it tell us it would take overnight to heat up. We didn't get to use it. In addition to that, the adults who slept in the master both had a big allergic reaction to something in the sheets. The bed was also extremely hard and firm. Wanted to try to resolve these issues with them without leaving a public review, but we basically placated with a limp apology. It was fine for a night, but not the experience we hoped for (or expected).

Perfect location
We came for basketball tournament at Rocky Top Sports and it was very conveniently close. Also though you can hear road noise when outside, I didn’t hear it inside. You are on a hill above road. Hot tub was nice and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t cook but the available coffee pots, standard & Kerig, were nice along with the extras. If we have another event at the sports center I would definitely rent again.

Awesome place!
Fantastic cabin, very clean with a super cozy interior, we enjoyed the hot tab and jacuzzi after our Rainbow falls hike! Grocery store is only 5 minutes away.
