Great Space for a Family of 2 Adults and 2 Kiddos. Enjoyed the pool, basketball court, and playground. It was just a short drive into Gatlinburg, far enough away for quiet, but close enough to all the action. Plus, who doesn't love traveling and having a washer and dryer? NEVER enter the registration area with more people than expected according to the booking. Manager is very strict and will not let you stay.

Amazing staff, check in was easy and was able to check in at 3 pm. Only thing i didn't like was the out of nowhere additional $100 hold for whatever. I plan my trip based on what it says online nowhere was this $100 mentioned. So if i didn't have it what i wasn't going to be able to check in. Now i have to wait for them to release it back to my account.
