Welcome to Casa Tulien!
This stunning beachfront property combines the exclusivity and privacy of a large villa with the amenities and comforts of a hotel. Located just 25 minutes from the bars and restaurants of Cabarete, this super villa was designed to give our guests a spot where they can forget about their worries and enjoy one of the most serene beaches in the Dominican Republic. The property features a private pickleball court with lighting to allow for evening matches.

The space
THE PROPERTY: When a group books Barefoot they have the place to themselves - no other guests. Just your people and your guests. Our base rate is for up to 22 guests.

- BEDROOMS - Each of our 11 bedrooms is equipped with pillow-topped beds and an private ensuite bathroom. There is daily maid service just like a hotel.



- INFINITY POOL - is at the center of the property and are open 24 hours a day for use. This is an IDEAL location for a DJ Pool Party. Remember - the property is all yours!

- THE BAR - There is a complimentary bartender manning the bar in the PM hours if you choose one of our service packages.

- PICKLEBALL COURT - The property features a private pickleball court with lighting for evening play.

- THE YOGA SPACE - Perched over the beach, this space is where guests can wake up and take in the most beautiful sunrise imaginable. Ideal for yoga and streatching or enjoying a morning coffee. eat and lounge.

- THE LOFT - Located on the second floor of the main house, the loft feautres a pool table and a mini bar.

- THE KITCHEN - We pride ourselves on providing our guests with the freshest and best food on the island. We work with every group to customize a food plan to make sure we offer up exactly what you want to be served. Packages range from breakfast plans to full all-inclusive packages and great prices. Guests can also choose to cook for themselves.

WIFI - We know how important it is these days to stay connected. The is HIGH BANDWITH-HIGH SPEED WIFI throughout the property.

MASSAGE: Take advantage of our in-house massage services. Discount rates on group packages available.

We offer affordable on site laundry service.
