「We booked this property that was available on expedia. It said check in was available at 2pm. After arriving to the property we learned there was no front desk or reception. We sent multiple emails and phone calls and waited 7 hours with no response from the property. It took us hours to figure things out with expedia. Terrible experience overall.」

「海の目の前！そして寝台車の2段ベッドを取り除いて普通のベッドを入れていて、ベッドも清潔で快適！ほんとに廃線の線路にあって面白い！ただ、私達の部屋の窓の前には木が生い茂っていて、海が隙間からしか見えなかったので、あの木達が無かったら、海が見えてもっと良かったと思います。 レストランBARも付いているので、夕飯も問題なし。ホテルのフリーWi-Fiは部屋では使えず、レストランBARか、フロント前のフリースペースでなら使えます！」

「My first time at Aquarium and cannot fault it. Huge room and huge outside terrace . Staff were very friendly and attentive . Great breakfasts in the morning . Lovrf the view from terrace of Mossel Bay . Have already booked a night on my return up from the Garden Route . Looking forward to staying there again」

「Great stay! The hotel seemed quite new. We had an issue where the air conditioning did not work but the staff were quick to bring a fan to our room. We didn't try the breakfast as the hotel was well located to access coffee shops and restaurants. Would recommend for a short trip for a location with great value for money. 」
