「Yellow stains on towels and on bedsheets. It was horrific to sleep on those stains. Wyndham should invest in proper laundry detergent and stain removers and proper laundry equipment. No guest should sleep on another guest’s stains, laundered or not! Bathroom exhaust sounded like a freight train. Loud enough to make you dizzy after 15-20 minutes in the bathroom. Every employee we met was polite and respectful. Anthony was amazing for St. Patrick’s Day shuttle services. 」

「サバンナへの飛行機が遅れ、夜中のチェックイン、かつ、ミスでルームキーを部屋に置き忘れたりしたが気持ちよく対応してくれたり、また、フロントのインドの方々が、円滑にタクシー手配等してくれたりで、快適でした。さらに、ホテル敷地内にあるレストランが夜中の３時まで営業していて、１時過ぎに軽食、かつナイトキャップのビールが、お店の女性の軽快な対応にて、楽しめました。有難う御座いました！」

「The front desk staff were very friendly (Kathleen & Scott). Great location from dining, beach, and shops. Bicycle rentals right next door. Besides the floor being a bit dirty and only having one chair available on balcony (we noticed all other rooms with balconies had 2 chairs), we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again!」

「This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. 」
