「ホテルのアプリとsmsを使ってやり取りができ、チェックインも特に必要なく時間になったら部屋に入ればいいだけなのでとても楽でした。何度かホテルの方とすれ違いましたがとても親切で、設備も使いやすく綺麗でとても良かったです。電車の駅まではちょっと遠いので、近くのデニーズ前からバスに乗るととても楽です。オススメです！」

「The room was super musty, bathroom uncleanly and for some reason, we were told that housekeeping would only be appearing once every three days. I had to ask for housekeeping to come on the third day, and we were out of towels by the end. Additionally, the hot tub that was advertised was broken, as was the sauna. There was no indication upon arrival that either of those things were un-useable. Would not stay again.」

「The hotel is very nice, with an excellent gym. There are, however, a couple of things we found disappointing: first, the bed was really uncomfortable—the worst we’ve encountered in years. Second, there wasn’t very good communication about items such as what was expected of us in terms cleaning (eg taking out recycling), or how things worked in the hotel (eg are towels provided at the pool-yes). On the plus side: it was really clean, has a great location, and was well appointed. 」
