First I asked to get my room clean and left at 9:00am to have breakfast with my two grandchildren the housekeeper was two rooms before ours , we came back at 12 noon and room not ready , got the kids ready for the pool we came back to the room at 5:30 and open the door and room wasn’t clean housekeeping ...

I enjoyed the cinnamon rolls for breakfast. The original guy who checked us in, reversed our check in process, but the manager stepped in and handled the situation for us.
