"We arrived in Santander bus station at 11 pm to find the local buses were stopped and taxis were on strike. The owner very kindly came and picked us up. Just one thing to point out, if you have mobilty issues there are around 50 steps to climb as its on the top floor, which wasnt a problem for us and all in all we had a lovely time."

"I arrived several hours early and the staff were extremely helpful. They told me they would try and get my room ready as soon as possible. I decided to go into town and explore a bit and they stored my luggage for me while I was gone. I got back and the room was ready. I had a ground floor room no A/C but there was a pretty powerful fan and windows that let in a nice cool breeze. The temperature averaged around 19 degrees and was very comfortable. It was a delightful place to rest and relax. I was there 4 days. I would definitely book again."
