Tolle Aussicht
Die Aussicht auf den Hafen von Funchal ist fantastisch. Der Weg zur Wohnung ist sehr steil. Die Aus- und Einfahrt der Garage war häufig durch falsche geparkte Fahrzeuge sehr schwierig.. Die Wohnung selbst war etwas abgewohnt. Das Sofa war speckig, der Sonnenschirm auf der Terasse war kaputt und daher nicht zu gebrauchen.

Great apartment in fantastic location
Ana is a great host and her apartment is superb. All required amenities including dishwasher and washing machine. Lovely view. Very close to the seaside, 5 minutes to Plaza Madeira, big shopping center where you can get all you need. Ana is very responsive to any queries and helpful. We will surely return back to this apartment when visiting Madeira again!

Soggiorno fantastico
Casa vacanze perfetta, si trova in una posizione perfetta vicino al centro, al lungomare e a vari supermercati, ristoranti. Dotata di garage è ottima per non stressarsi nella ricerca del parcheggio. Poi che dire, terrazzo magnifico con affaccio sull’oceano. Consigliatissima !!!

Funchal Discovery
Property was nice, with beautiful view. Easy to walk to Funchal center. Garage for 2 cars OK but difficult to go out due to small roads and people that park just in front if it. Kitchen well equiped. We didnt know that there were additional towers in the cupboard, have seen them the day before departure 😑 We spent a nice week.

Notre hôte s'est occupé d'envoyer un taxi nous chercher à l'aéroport. La dame qui fait le ménage nous a reçu chaleureusement. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé en linge de maison. L'appartement est situé près du centre ville et il est facile de faire les courses. Le garage est super pour la voiture de location même si la rue est étroite. Bref, tout a été parfait.

João hat bis 00.30 Uhr auf uns gewartet. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen , nur die Einrichtung selber. Das Haus ist frisch gestrichen. Die Lage ist klasse, mit Garage und super Blick auf die Stadt und den Hafen.

Great stay if you want to see the island by car
The da Silvas where friendly and always in touch if needed. THe apartment was clean, big enough for a family with up to two children and the location was perfect to reach every point by car. The small road is no issue if you know those kind of streets in southern Europe. Even the neighbours of the houses (locals) helped with a small issue, it's nice to feel welcome. Kitchen supplies where sufficient for basic cooking and you can eat on the porch with a nice vista. Just be aware that there are a lot of moskitos around so come prepared. The garage is a big plus and you can fit almost all types of cars in it. Thanks Maria and Joao!

Découverte de l ile
Bonne surprise sur l emplacement de la maison. Magnifique vue sur Funchal. Etre de préférence très à l'aise pour la conduite car les rue sont très étroites. Superbe vacances belle meteo et l île est tellement jolie avec toutes les abords des routes fleuries d agapanthes et d hortentias et aussi les beaux villages et le délicieux bolo do caco.

Wir haben aktuell 2 Wochen in dieser Wohnung verbringen können. Sie ist sehr geräumig und besticht durch ihre gute Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen und Atlantik.Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren haben uns wohl gefühlt und können den Vermieter empfehlen.

Good size apartament with nice view
Spacious apartment with a good view. Two bedrooms (one en-suite) plus a second bathroom, both with shower and toilet, kitchen (dishwasher) and a large living room with dining table. From the living room there is an exit to the sunny terrace (table with chairs and two deckchairs). There is also a garage, I don't know if it's available because we didn't use it. The distance from the center is about 10 minutes walk. Quiet street without cars. Personally, I am very pleased with the apartment and its location. The view from the terrace and the living room (glass sliding door from floor to ceiling) is really great! If I had to mention a minus, unfortunately there is a power line in front of the house and the view is disturbed by cables, but for me it was not very important. Overall, I recommend it and give it 5 stars🙂

Super séjour au calme
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à madère dans cette maison. Très propre. Très bien situé ! 5 min à pied pour avoir les commerces de première nécessité et a 7 min de l’hypercentre de funchal ! Magnifique vue également ! Je recommande aussi car il y a un garage ce qui est important sur madère surtout avec une voiture de location ! On reviendra ! 😉
