「This is going to suit the majority of us who wish to have a base from which to explore the north of the island, and enjoy the climate.It is not for someone who is looking for a luxury stay. Communication with with the host is first class.」

「We had a great break over Christmas at the villa. There is plenty of space, both inside and out, was very well equipped with everything we needed and it was very clean. We enjoyed having use of the swimming pool and pool table. Communication was good with both the owner and property manager. The villa is in a nice quiet location a short walk away from the shopping centre which has plenty choice of places to eat. We would definitely consider returning. 」

The hosts were quick to respond and helpful throughout. There was a a surprising selection of indoor and beach toys for my three-year-old to enjoy. And cot set up for our baby was great. 「We rented the villa de Cubas for 9 nights in December 2024. The verry big house is really nice for larger groups. The location is great for exploring the island. Quite modern interior design.
