「I surprised my fiancè with a birthday trip to Portland. A few days before, I called and asked the hotel if they could hang a birthday banner and some balloons in our room if I had the decorations shipped there. Rebekah and Roman at the front desk were more than accommodating! When we got up to our room, it was decorated beautifully and really added something special to our trip. We have stayed here once before and cannot recommend this hotel enough. Perfect location, extremely comfortable rooms...

「Very nice hotel, clean, modern and efficient. Room was very comfortable Restaurant was nice- lot resources of hostess- waiter MIA frequently- maybe repurpose a hostess? Pricey to park valet in off season- staff was very friendly and helpful- snowy streets and such would not wanted to try to deal with parking and carrying luggage Would stay again !」

「When we arrived at the property, it was exactly as described in the listing and even a little larger than we expected. The setting was beautiful and so peaceful! I loved watching the water from my seat around the fire and listening to all of the woodland creatures going about their day. My son also loved that it was a "classic" Maine Camp.... it was just like one would imagine. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.」
