「The staff here is wonderful and friendly. It’s in a convenient location for all of our activities and it’s safe to walk all over town. They offer daily housekeeping as well - which many places do not offer anymore. We have stayed here a number of times and will continue to do so. 」

「We loved our stay at this adorable house in Fruita. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and they had multiple games for their guests to play. 「Great place to stay! Quick walk into town, easy parking right be the door for all the stuff you need to bring in. Kitchen had everything we needed, bed was comfortable, AC worked well. Plenty of space to put all our stuff. All the things we needed, and none of the stuff we didn’t need. Can’t wait to come back!」

「We had a wonderful time at this property. Out in the country but a short drive (under 10 min) to town. Owner got back with me immediately regarding request for pack-and-play. And we enjoyed the swings, horseshoes, and firepit. Appreciate the binder with all the info regarding the property and area. Highly recommend for families and couples!」

「We really enjoyed our stay. The property is updated and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The only thing that could have been better was that there was quite a bit of dog hair in the sheets and towels. We used our tape roller to go over everything before we went to bed or showered. I have to travel with a service animal so I was happy about the access to a lovely yard and quiet space. I just would have been much more comfortable if it was cleaned a bit better. 」
