「For price reference, we stayed 3 nights during the off season - early April. This isn't a fancy place with luxurious amenities, and is frankly a little lacking in terms of room seating and waking comfort. However, it seemed to have been recently updated, was clean and with everything in working order, and the bed and linens were crisp white and comfortable; It was even quiet at night. Overall, what small things it was lacking, were more than made up for by the value. We had the same expensive...

「Convieniently located just outside of downtown but still walkable if you're so inclined. Close to the springs and Garden of the Gods. Across the street from Mo's Dinner for a great breakfast. The hotel itself was a bit aged but clean and we got a great deal. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. A great find. 」

「Seemed like a newly built hotel - wasn’t at all run down. Ample street parking on the weekends for free. Wish it were closer to more interesting dining, but the area is redeveloping and looks like several options would soon be open. They had supremed citrus on the breakfast bar which I don’t see often. I’d stay there again if there aren’t options closer to downtown. If you’ve been to a Hyatt Place built in the past 5 - 10 years, then you know what to expect. 」
