「The advert for this property is misleading. Wifi is only free for the first few emails. We received a letter stating that our stay was in breach of the terms of the estate and therefore could not use the public facilities (pool, tennis court etc). \ In addition there are numerous signs in the property, on walls, cupboards, on tables saying "do not touch", "stay out, private, property of owner" etc. This is in addition to a deposit required for the stay (which does not get repaid for 3 weeks)...

「The property is an a beautiful location however the décor is dated and tired and is terribly expensive for what is on offer. Service and food at the Bon Bon cafe on the property is terrible. Overall not a pleasant experience.」

「Nice place to be for some days. The pool might be a little bit cleaner. Beautiful rooms, tasty breakfast with good selection. In a few minutes by walk in the middle of Franschhoek. 」
