Only very bad was ,I paid 3nights ,by my own mistake .but ,even this one day I had about 4 contacts with the room service . I was not able to explain the Situation . Highly recommend this hotel. For the price, comfort, and cleanliness, you can NOT go wrong!! It is in a great location with restaurants nearby. The main shopping area for Frankfurt is only a short 10-minute walk. The zoo is across the street.

The hotel was very conveniently located as far as walking the city. Desk staff was very accommodating, as our check in was 3 pm but our flight arrived at 7:45 am, and they let us store our luggage until check-in. They even offered check in as early as 1 pm. Desk staff also offered recommendations of things to do in the period of time between arrival and check in. The hotel is not fancy, but very comfortable, safe, and provided all amenities we needed. The only negative is that I booked the hotel specifically because of having an on-site restaurant/bar, but the restaurant/bar was closed during our visit.

The hotel could do with some fresh furnishings and paints and such. But it’s clean, safe, perfectly located and (at leat for my stay) extremely cheap. Value for money a 10. Just don’t expect a luxury suite.
