Luxury primary suite with separate shower and stand alone garden tub is on the second floor along with two other bedrooms and a bathroom.

THE SPACE
The Mansfield Oasis features 2 living room areas, a primary room with king and sofa bed, 1 queen & twin bed, 1 queen & twin bed, and 1 king bed downstairs with 3 queen Air mattresses. Backyard has large fire pit, swing, seating area and heated pool that can be enjoyed all year around. Use of heater with additional fees, must be requested in advance.

PETS
The Mansfield Oasis is pet friendly. Small to medium size dogs up to 40lbs are welcome. A $125 pet cleaning fee is required with all pet stays. Up to 2 pets.
POOL HEATER USE
Use of the pool heater requires 48 hour advance notice. An additional fee of $125 for 3-4 night stays, $150 for 5-6 night stays and $200 for 7-9 night stays will be required to use the pool heater. The heater can be requested between November -April.
EVENTS
Small events up to 20 guests are allowed with advance approval. MUST FOLLOW ALL EVENT AND HOUSE RULES.
*Considered events such as birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, family gatherings, graduations, bachelor/bachelorette, watch parties, retreats, lunchons.
*The maximum number of overnight guests is 16. Additional fees of $35 per person apply after 12 overnight guests.
*All events require a minimum of 72 hour notice for approval.
*Event hours must be between 8am - 8pm.
*The following details must be provided to the host prior to approval: Event date, time, type of event and expected number of guests.
*No loud music or noise outdoors that would disturb the surrounding neighbors.
*Guests are required to clean after all events. Remove trash and restore property to pre-event condition.
*Failure to clean after the event will result in a $300 event cleaning fee.
